Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager – Project Sales to drive business growth in the Vapi region. The ideal candidate should have a robust network with Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Fabricators, and Consultants, along with proven experience in project sales within the building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive project sales by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Fabricators, and Consultants.
- Generate product specifications through architects and influencers.
- Track upcoming and ongoing construction projects to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and product presentations.
- Appoint, manage, and support dealers and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close project orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends,



and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Submit regular sales reports, project updates, and market intelligence.

Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Sales.
- Strong industry network with Architects, Builders, Developers, Contractors, Fabricators, and Consultants.
- Proven ability to generate specifications and convert projects into business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development and account management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Preferred Industry Candidates from ACP, Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, Glass, Aluminium, Façade, Hardware, Paints, Sanitaryware, Tiles, Interior Products, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
