Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end home loan credit underwriting.
- Assess customer income, banking, bureau and repayment capacity.
- Handle property legal and technical risk assessment.
- Lead and guide the credit team across both territories.
- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency and credit TAT.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies and guidelines.
Preferred Skills: Affordable housing finance, informal income assessment, self-employed customer underwriting and team management.
