Position Overview We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Architect to join our dynamic team full-time at our Surajpole office. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on architectural experience and a strong proficiency in bringing complex design concepts to life. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing high-profile projects from initial conceptualization through to final execution, working directly on projects for leading corporate brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive architectural designs, from initial concepts and schematic designs to detailed construction documents.
- - Collaborate closely with internal design teams, engineers, and high-profile clients to ensure project requirements,timelines, and visions are successfully met.
- - Create highly precise 2D drafts and immersive 3D models to present design proposals effectively.
- - Review project specifications,



ensure strict compliance with local building codes and zoning laws, and assist in overseeing on-site design execution.
- - Prepare and deliver professional presentations for client meetings to communicate design intent and project progress.

- Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Formal degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
- - Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience working as an Architect.
- - Technical Proficiency: Strong command of AutoCAD is mandatory. Must be highly familiar with contemporary 3D modeling and rendering tools (such as SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Lumion).
- - Key Attributes: Excellent spatial awareness, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the professional communication skills required to interface with top-tier corporate clients.
