Role & responsibilities

- Excellent command of AutoCAD 2D.
- Preparation of residential, commercial and industrial layouts.
- Layout subdivision and amalgamation drawings.
- Building plans, elevations and sections.
- Area calculations, FSI, ground coverage and setbacks.
- Road widening, DP roads, access roads and buffer calculations.
- Reading 7/12 extracts, land records, khasra maps and measurement plans.
- Understanding of site levels, contours and survey drawings.
- Preparation of drawings as per UDCPR

Preferred candidate profile A qualified B.Arch graduate or experienced Architectural Draftsperson with 23 years of practical experience in architectural planning, layout designing and building permission procedures.



The candidate should have excellent command of AutoCAD 2D, knowledge of Maharashtra UDCPR, NIT DCR and NMRDA regulations, and hands-on experience in preparing layout plans, subdivision, amalgamation and building permission drawings. Must possess positive technical knowledge of FSI, setbacks, road widths, area calculations and land records, along with strong documentation and coordination skills.
