Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing.
- Identify and address denials by investigating root causes, appealing denied claims, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as patient access, coding, and revenue cycle management to ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
- Robust knowledge of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective denial handling and customer service.
