Job Title: Associate Global Finance Application Support (Finastra FTI)

Role: Application Support Trade Finance

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Business Analyst with robust hands-on experience in Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI) and Trade Finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1/L2 application support for Finastra FTI.
- Handle incidents, service requests and troubleshooting through ServiceNow/Jira.
- Support LC, Collections, Bank Guarantees, Standby LC and Billing modules.
- Resolve transaction, workflow, data and system-related issues.
- Perform SQL queries and basic data analysis.
- Monitor system alerts, batch jobs, interfaces and ensure SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with business users, operations and L2/L3 technical teams.




- Support UAT, application enhancements, patches and releases.
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks and incident documentation.

Mandatory Skills

- Advanced knowledge of Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation (FTI) – Mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in Trade Finance application support / Business Analysis.
- Hands-on experience in L1/L2 application support.
- Strong understanding of LC, Collections and Bank Guarantees.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience supporting middle and back-office Trade Finance operations.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
