- Prepare and check the anaesthesia machine before every surgical procedure.

- Ensure the proper functioning of ventilators, patient monitors, oxygen supply, and suction apparatus.

- Check the availability and functioning of anaesthesia equipment and accessories.

- Prepare airway management equipment, including laryngoscopes, endotracheal tubes, masks, and airways.

- Arrange anaesthesia drugs and consumables as instructed by the anaesthesiologist.

- Ensure the availability of emergency drugs, crash cart, and resuscitation equipment.

- Assist the anaesthesiologist during induction, maintenance, and reversal of anaesthesia.

- Provide required anaesthesia equipment and accessories during surgical procedures.

- Assist with airway management under the supervision of the anaesthesiologist.

- Assist in connecting and checking patient monitoring equipment.

- Ensure the continuous availability of necessary anaesthesia supplies during procedures.

- Immediately report any equipment malfunction or technical issues to the concerned anaesthesiologist.

- Assist in patient positioning as instructed by the anaesthesiologist.

- Assist in the secure transfer of patients to the recovery room or ICU.

- Clean, disinfect, and prepare anaesthesia equipment after every procedure.





- Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of reusable equipment as per hospital protocols.

- Replenish anaesthesia drugs, consumables, and accessories after every case.

- Maintain adequate stock of anaesthesia supplies and monitor expiry dates.

- Perform routine equipment checks and maintain daily checklists.

- Maintain equipment maintenance and service records.

- Coordinate with the biomedical engineering department for equipment servicing and repairs.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of anaesthesia equipment and accessories.

- Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.

- Maintain strict hand hygiene and adhere to biomedical waste management guidelines.

- Ensure patient safety and maintain patient confidentiality.

- Report incidents, near misses, and safety-related issues to the concerned authority.

- Coordinate effectively with anaesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and other OT personnel.

- Participate in departmental meetings, training programmes, and quality improvement activities.

- Follow hospital policies, procedures, NABH standards, and departmental protocols.

- Perform any other duties assigned by the department head within the scope of the role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
