About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – AMS to manage end-to-end Application Maintenance & Support projects. The role will be responsible for delivery governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, customer communication, project tracking, risk management and ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality. The ideal candidate should have solid experience managing enterprise application support/AMS projects, preferably in a technology services environment with exposure to Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models.

Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of AMS projects, from initiation and transition through steady-state operations and continuous improvement.

- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams in parallel and ensure effective prioritization.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, status tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Manage customer expectations, escalations, changing requirements and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders and customers.
- Drive resource planning, allocation, utilization and team accountability.
- Track project health through RAG status, RAID logs, action trackers and governance dashboards.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, prioritization and delivery tracking where applicable.
- Ensure agreed deliverables, SLAs, KPIs and quality objectives are achieved.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests. 1 • Lead customer reviews,



governance calls and project status discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency and process optimization within AMS engagements.
- Support transition, knowledge transfer and stabilization of new applications/support engagements.
- Ensure appropriate documentation, reporting and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills • 6+ years of experience in Project Management / Delivery Management.

- Strong experience in AMS / Application Support / Managed Services projects.
- Experience managing enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project planning, governance, resource management and financial/budget tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models.
- Strong understanding of RAG reporting, RAID management, risks, dependencies and change management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and escalation-management skills.
- Experience working with global/US or international customers is preferred.

Technology/Domain Exposure Candidates with AMS Project Management experience in one or more of the following areas will be preferred:
