Key Responsibilities

1. Amazon Ads Management

- Manage and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research and optimize ad campaigns.

- Track advertising spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, and campaign performance.

- Analyze reports and suggest improvements to increase sales and profitability.

- Coordinate product listings, keywords, and promotional activities.

1. Flipkart Ads Management

- Manage and optimize Flipkart advertising campaigns.

- Monitor campaign budgets, clicks, conversions, and sales performance.

- Analyze advertising reports and identify growth opportunities.

- Improve campaign efficiency and support marketplace sales targets.

1. Director’s Assistant Responsibilities

- Understand and coordinate the Director’s daily tasks and priorities.

- Follow up with departments and team members on assigned work.

- Maintain task trackers, reports, schedules, and pending-work updates.

- Assist with meetings, documentation, research, and business planning.

- Coordinate execution of new projects and business initiatives.

- Be adaptable to handle additional responsibilities as per business requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- Knowledge or experience in Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads is preferred.

- Understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, advertising metrics, and sales reports.

- Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Basic to advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working directly with the Director.

- Willingness to learn, travel when required, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Employment Details

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance

- Job Type: Full-time, work from office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
