We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Production to manage production planning, execution, quality, and delivery in an electronics manufacturing workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on 4M – Man, Machine, Material, and Method.
- Monitor production Plan vs. Actual and ensure timely delivery.
- Implement ISO standards, Core Tools, and 8D problem-solving.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and Work Instructions (WI).
- Maintain product and process traceability.
- Work with SAP for production-related activities.
- Prepare production reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, or EMS production.
- Excellent production planning and team management skills.
- Knowledge of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and production reporting.
