About OnDemand

OnDemand International is a corporate services and business mobility firm: 1,500+ incorporations across 21+ jurisdictions, with offices in Amsterdam, Barcelona, London, Toronto, Vancouver, Dubai, Delhi, Singapore and Melbourne. We run the firm on our own dashboard (CRM, tasks, client portal, proposals, payments) and on AI agents that audit and report on the work.

What you will do

- Own the running dashboard: fixes, uptime, backups, keys and access.
- Build connector tools so our AI agents can read leads, remarks, targets, revenue, task evidence
- and client-portal status.
- Build and run syncs from Salesforce, PandaDoc, Zoho Books, Microsoft 365 and our HR software.
- Switch on and maintain data rules: every task has a due date, proof to close a task, a remark on every stage change.




- Use Claude Code to write most of the code, then review, test and deploy it safely.
- Write short, plain guides for every change so non-technical colleagues understand it.

Must have

- Daily user of Claude Code, with projects you can show.
- Comfortable with SQL databases, REST APIs, webhooks and Git.
- Has connected at least one business tool (CRM, accounting, email or calendar).
- Checks and tests AI-written code before it goes live.
- BTech Graduate
- 1-2 years experience on software developing.

Location: Delhi India Timing : Mon- Friday (10am-7pm)
