Our shared AI core brings together a multi-model AI gateway, multi-agent systems, retrieval over clients’ own documents (RAG), computer vision, satellite earth observation, live IoT and Indian-language voice. Twor is DPIIT-recognised and ISO 9001/ISO 27001 certified, holds a state empanelment for AI platforms.

The role

You will build and run features end to end, from the database to the AI layer to the screen, across our platforms. This is hands-on work on systems that municipalities, students and farmers use. You will work closely with the founder, product and domain experts, and you will ship to production every week.

What you will do

- Build back-end services and APIs (NestJS / Node.js, Python / FastAPI) on PostgreSQL, with clean data models for multi-tenant, white-label deployments.
- Build fast, accessible front ends in React / Next.js, and contribute to our React Native mobile apps.
- Integrate AI into products:
- LLM calls through our model router;
- multi-agent workflows;




- RAG over client documents;
- Indian-language speech-to-text and text-to-speech;
- computer vision such as crowd counting, object detection and number-plate reading.
- Build data pipelines for CCTV streams, IoT telemetry (MQTT), satellite imagery and GIS layers, and show them on live maps and dashboards.
- Keep AI cost, latency and accuracy under control: caching, model selection, logging every AI call and its cost, and guardrails on personal data.
- Write tested, reviewed code; deploy and monitor on Linux servers and cloud; follow our ISO 27001 security practices.
- Turn real user needs from city officials, teachers and farmers into features that remove manual data entry.

What we are looking for

- Strong full-stack skills: JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; React or similar; REST or GraphQL APIs; SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs. A plus if you have any of: RAG, embeddings and vector search, agent frameworks, prompt design, or evaluating AI output.
- Comfort with Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD and production debugging. PM2, Nginx and cloud deployment are a plus.
- A product mindset: you care whether the feature is used, not only whether it compiles.
- Clear communication, and ownership of what you ship.
- A BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Good to have

- Computer vision (OpenCV, YOLO, crowd-density models), GIS (Leaflet/Mapbox/Cesium, PostGIS) or satellite data.
- Speech AI, or experience with Indian-language models (for example Sarvam).
- Experience in GovTech, EdTech, AgriTech or infrastructure products.
- Security awareness: OWASP, role-based access, audit logging, DPDP Act basics.
