Role Type: Hands-on AI/ML Engineer embedded with business teams to rapidly design, prototype, evaluate, and productionise AI solutions.

Core Responsibilities

- Design and deliver AI/ML prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Build GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, LLM, and advanced ML solutions.
- Develop evaluation frameworks using golden datasets, human review, red teaming, and quality metrics.
- Design prompting strategies, tool calling, embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and guardrails.
- Implement AI safety controls for prompt injection, privacy, data leakage, and security risks.
- Optimise AI solutions for latency, scalability, and cost using caching, batching, quantisation, and model selection.
- Define monitoring, drift detection, safety metrics, and production support models.
