Job Objective

Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and machine learning capabilities supporting the SRP platform.

The engineers will focus on developing intelligent data processing and analytical capabilities, applying machine learning and advanced AI techniques to telecommunications datasets, and integrating LLM-based technologies where they provide meaningful value.

A key responsibility is to support the development of ML-driven geolocation capabilities that estimate subscriber locations from cellular network measurements without relying on GPS.

This is a hands-on engineering role requiring practical experience developing, training, evaluating, and deploying AI models.

Main Tasks

- Develop and implement machine learning models for cellular network data analysis and geolocation.
- Design AI pipelines for processing large-scale telecommunications datasets.
- Develop ML models using radio measurements, Timing Advance, Cell ID, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, and other network parameters.
- Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to identify location patterns and improve positioning accuracy.
- Develop predictive models, classification systems, regression models, and clustering algorithms.
- Work with signal processing engineers to transform radio measurements into meaningful ML features.
- Develop and optimize geolocation algorithms using statistical learning and advanced ML techniques.
- Evaluate deep learning approaches for complex spatial and temporal data.
- Develop LLM-powered applications for technical data analysis,



knowledge extraction, engineering assistance, and operational intelligence where appropriate.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and integrate LLMs with enterprise data platforms.
- Work with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, and model evaluation frameworks.
- Fine-tune or adapt foundation models when justified by project requirements.
- Develop APIs and services to integrate AI capabilities into the SRP platform.
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning.
- Solid Python programming and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent ML frameworks.
- Experience developing, training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and ML pipelines.
- Practical knowledge of LLM architectures, transformers, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI application development.
- Familiarity with geospatial data, time-series analysis, or wireless signal processing is highly desirable.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and model deployment.
