Trinetra AI is an India-built generative AI platform for filmmaking, video and image generation, dubbing, voice cloning, music and creative media workflows. We are hiring builders for our 0-to-1 and 1-to-100 journey, with strong ownership, curiosity and hands-on execution.

Role Summary

Build, fine-tune, evaluate and deploy multimodal generative AI models for creative media.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, speech synthesis and audio generation capabilities.

- Train and adapt models using LoRA, PEFT, diffusion and transformer architectures.

- Build dataset preparation, evaluation and reproducible experimentation pipelines.

- Optimize inference latency, VRAM, throughput, GPU utilization and serving cost.

- Own model deployment, observability, troubleshooting and production quality.

- Collaborate with product and creative teams to deliver usable model capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Hands-on development, fine-tuning or production deployment of audio, image or video generation models — not API-only usage. Must be able to name the specific model, dataset, training method and outcome.

- Direct GPU-based model engineering: experience with GPU training or inference optimization (VRAM, throughput, latency or serving cost) with concrete before/after metrics.

- Python,



PyTorch and Hugging Face proficiency with understanding of generative model architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diffusers, FLUX, Secure Diffusion, SDXL, Wan, HunyuanVideo, CogVideoX, LTX-Video.

- TTS, voice cloning, Whisper, F5-TTS, XTTS, VITS, lip-sync, Wav2Lip, MuseTalk.

- CUDA, TensorRT, ONNX, DeepSpeed, FSDP, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, W&B.;

What We're Looking For

- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of shipped or demonstrable models — GitHub, demo, paper or deployed output required.

- Startup adaptability and willingness to execute hands-on in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

- Ability to explain individual contributions clearly with measurable outcomes.

Work Conditions

- Full-time, 100% on-site at Delhi/NCR.

- Immediate or early joining strongly preferred (0–14 days).
