We are searching an AGM to oversee our government building construction (such as CPWD, State PWD, NBCC, or PSU infrastructure projects) manages site execution, department liaison, billing, and quality compliance.

Experience Required: Minimum 12–15+ years in civil construction, with substantial hands-on experience handling Central/State Government or PSU building projects (CPWD, PWD, NBCC, etc.)

Responsibilities:

- Oversee multi-storey government building construction from layout/mobilization to final handing over.
- Coordinate site activities across multiple location.
- Attend regular review meetings with government department officials to resolve bottlenecks, approvals, and drawing issues.
- Handle client running account (RA) bills, final bills, measurement books (MB), and reconciliation of government department contracts.
- Ensure all construction works strictly adhere to CPWD / IS codes, structural drawings, and technical specifications.

Salary: 50,000- 1,20,000/ month Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
