Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the AEM Forms development team.
- Design and develop AEM Forms and related solutions.
- Review code and ensure development best practices.
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Manage development activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Support integrations with backend systems and APIs.
- Conduct technical discussions and provide solutions to the team.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
