Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

- IBM WebSphere Liberty installation, configuration & administration.
- server.xml and Liberty feature configuration.
- Web Server - Liberty server Configuration.
- Liberty upgrades and fix-pack/maintenance activities.
- SSL/TLS, certificates, keystores and trust stores.
- JDBC, Data Sources and connection pools.
- JVM configuration and performance tuning.
- Log analysis and production support.
- Security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
- Liberty migration/modernization from Traditional WebSphere.
