Job Summary The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, and managing day-to-day financial activities. The role also involves budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow management, and leading the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities

Bank Related Work

1. Check the Bank Sanction / Offer Letter and all terms and conditions.
2. Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for renewal documents and follow up for renewal completion.
3. Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for Bank queries and provide the required details.
4. Prepare and submit stock statements to all Banks as per the required format and sanction terms.
5. Provide the required details to the Bank Stock Auditor and follow up for completion.
6. Follow up with the Bank for any day-to-day banking issues.

Accounts Work
1. Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis.
2. Provide the required data to Auditors for Internal and Statutory Audit.
3.



Verify and make TDS / TCS payments and file the required returns within the due date.
4. Provide the required data to the Auditor for filing GST returns and compliance.
5. Provide the required data and documents to the Auditor for GST / Income Tax notices.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Reporting to: General Manager / Managing Director Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,406.50 - ₹40,092.77 per month
