1. Job Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com
- Experience: 1–3 Years
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 Per Month
- Software: MARG ERP (Mandatory)

1. Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries in MARG ERP Software.
- Handle sales and purchase entries, including purchase bills and sales invoices.
- Maintain Cash Book, Bank Book and Ledger Accounts.
- Handle GST-related entries, GST invoices and basic GST reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Handle daily vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and daily accounting statements.




- Maintain records of outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers.
- Assist in monthly closing and other accounting activities.

1. Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of MARG ERP Software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Positive command of MS Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

1. Candidate Profile

The candidate should have practical experience in accounting operations, preferably in a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Must be comfortable handling day-to-day accounting activities independently using MARG ERP Software. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
