Role Description The Accountant at Solage will manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.

Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate financial records for projects,



and assisting with audits and reporting to management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam, where the Accountant will work closely with the operations and management teams to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Ability to use accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Excel or similar tools).
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, taxation rules, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate or project-based accounting; exposure to the energy or infrastructure sector is a plus.
