Position: Accountant – 100-Bed Hospital

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage the hospital's day-to-day financial and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial transactions, accounting records and ledgers.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
- Manage billing, collections, cash flow and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports and monthly expense reports.
- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses and departmental financial records.
- Coordinate payroll processing and salary-related accounting.




- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of accounts.

Required Skills & Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organisation.
- Knowledge of hospital billing, accounting procedures and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
- Robust numerical, analytical and organisational skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
