Role Description The Account Manager role at Wipfin is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams to deliver services, monitoring account performance, and addressing issues promptly.

The Account

Manager will prepare reports, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling. This role also involves participating in meetings,



maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting process improvements that enhance the client experience.
