Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, verification, accounting and payment execution.
2. Oversee vendor invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation and timely booking in SAP.
3. Manage vendor payments, payment schedules and ensure timely settlement of outstanding dues.
4. Perform vendor reconciliations, resolve invoice discrepancies and address vendor queries.
5. Ensure proper accounting entries, expense allocation and adherence to company policies.
6. Monitor outstanding invoices, ageing reports and payment obligations.
7. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for invoice approvals, payment releases and resolution of discrepancies.
8. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls and audit processes.
9. Prepare and review MIS reports related to accounts payable, vendor outstanding and payment status.
10. Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Solid experience in Accounts Payable and vendor management.
- Hands-on experience in SAP for invoice processing and payment operations.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience in vendor reconciliation and payment management.
- Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of MIS reports.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure timely closure of AP activities.
