Hiring for Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and competent Accounts Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and statutory compliance.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Candidates should have sound working knowledge of finance and accounting operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the local accounts team and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Review monthly financial statements prepared by the accounting firm before submission to Japan Head Office.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Prepare financial statements and corporate income tax returns for December and March year-ends.
- Handle advance tax and deferred tax computations, wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely filing and payment of all direct and indirect taxes.




- Oversee inventory stock-taking and reconciliation activities.
- Monitor company expenses against approved budgets.
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections and ensure optimum utilization of company funds.
- Develop, review, and update SOPs, accounting policies, and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, bankers, accounting firms, and government authorities.
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, quarterly reviews, and statutory, tax, and GST audits.
- Handle accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance-related queries from Japan Head Office.
- Provide financial and accounting support to other departments and management.
- Assist with corporate secretarial activities and other responsibilities assigned by management.
