Key Responsibilities:

Program Design and Strategy

•Ensure comprehensive primary and secondary research for developing institutional strengthening strategies.

•Lead the design and development of institutional strengthening frameworks, projects, and interventions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

•Develop strategies to map stakeholder responsiveness to plan targeted village-level and interventions.

Program and Budget Management

•Develop and implement strategic institutional strengthening plans to foster community stewardship and long-term sustainability.

•Oversee village-wise accomplishment tracking and HR mapping in Excel for weekly operational calls.

•Ensure all institutional strengthening projects run per approved budgets and agreed timelines.

Stakeholder Management & Convergence:

- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with Gram Panchayats, Block/District administration, civil society organizations, and local leaders.
- Facilitate active convergence with government schemes to leverage resources for village development.




- Communicate regularly with field teams to maintain updated database of key contacts and responsiveness metrics.

Capacity Building and Training

- Design and deliver capacity-building initiatives, workshops, and training sessions for community institutions, influencers, and local stakeholders.
- Strengthen Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), Village Development Committees (VDCs), and SHG federations to enhance local decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to internal teams and Community Resource Persons (CRPs).

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Knowledge Management:

- Develop and implement M&E; frameworks, tracking tools, and indicators to measure institutional maturity and social impact.
- Document best practices, case studies, and success stories from institutional interventions for knowledge dissemination.
