Job Title: AC Technician

Department: Maintenance

Location: KMC Hospital, Kannur

Job Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance of AC units.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC system faults and breakdowns.
- Inspect and maintain split ACs, window ACs, and central air conditioning systems.
- Monitor cooling performance and ensure proper functioning of AC equipment.
- Handle refrigerant gas charging, leak detection, and related repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain service records and report maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications




- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in AC maintenance and repair preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.

Skills Required
- Positive troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Knowledge of AC installation and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and punctual work attitude.
