About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Artist with strong expertise in architectural visualization, photorealistic rendering, and cinematic walkthrough animations.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating high-quality interior and exterior renderings, realistic 3pankajD environments, and immersive architectural walkthroughs using industry-standard tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Lumion, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.

You will work closely with our design and visualization team to transform architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and design concepts into compelling visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, photorealistic interior and exterior architectural renderings for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and CAD files.
- Produce cinematic 3D animation walkthroughs and flythroughs showcasing architectural spaces, layouts, materials, lighting, and landscaping.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting setups, furniture, vegetation, and environmental elements.
- Develop architectural scenes and real-time visualization experiences using Unreal Engine and Lumion.
- Set up cameras, compositions, lighting, and rendering parameters to achieve professional visual quality.
- Work with V-Ray and other relevant rendering workflows to produce realistic images and animations.
- Interpret client feedback and technical drawings accurately, making revisions while maintaining design intent.
- Optimize 3D models, textures, scenes, and lighting for efficient rendering and smooth animation playback.




- Coordinate with architects, designers, project managers, and other 3D artists to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, architectural accuracy, and project deliverables across assignments.

Required Technical Skills

- Autodesk 3ds Max: Strong command of architectural modeling, scene setup, materials, cameras, lighting, and rendering workflows.
- Unreal Engine: Experience creating real-time architectural environments and animation walkthroughs.
- Lumion: Proficiency in architectural visualization, landscaping, environmental effects, and walkthrough production.
- V-Ray: Strong understanding of photorealistic rendering, lighting, materials, and render optimization.
- AutoCAD: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and dimensions.
- 3D Modeling & Texturing: Understanding of realistic materials, UV mapping, texture creation, and scene optimization.
- Animation: Knowledge of camera animation, cinematic transitions, sequencing, and architectural flythrough production.
- Post-Production: Familiarity with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for image and video refinement.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in 3D Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.
- Demonstrable experience in architectural visualization and 3D rendering.
- A strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renders,



along with animation walkthroughs.
- Good understanding of architectural proportions, spatial relationships, materials, lighting, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical drawings and design specifications.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience producing high-quality residential, commercial, and real-estate visualization projects.
- Experience creating cinematic architectural walkthroughs using Unreal Engine or Lumion.
- Familiarity with real-time rendering optimization and high-quality video export workflows.
- Knowledge of interactive architectural visualization or virtual-tour workflows.
- Experience working with large architectural scenes, detailed landscapes, and complex interior environments.
