Deployment, Support & Operations: 1-2 years experience

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in product deployments and configurations.

- Support customer onboarding and operational activities.

- Monitor applications and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration and Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)

- Understanding of Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments is an advantage

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data, regulations, and technical documentation.

- Basic understanding of compliance, information security, or fintech concepts (e.g., data protection, fraud risk, transaction monitoring) is preferred.





- Proficiency in common productivity tools and collaboration platforms

- Transparent written and verbal communication skills for creating documentation, reports, and internal updates.

- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

- Interest in AI, compliance technology, and regulated industries, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
