Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the restaurant team effectively.
- Drive sales growth and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Focus on upselling, cross-selling, and increasing average order value.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor restaurant performance.
- Ensure proper billing and cash-handling procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leadership role is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of restaurant sales and upselling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Petpooja POS software or similar restaurant management systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on business growth.
