Digi Grow Infotech is looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team in Jaipur.

The selected candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, handling business enquiries, following up with interested leads, and helping generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally.
- Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate and manage business enquiries.
- Maintain customer information and daily calling records.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Build positive relationships with potential and existing clients.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
