Job Description

We are looking for Field Executives who are willing to travel across assigned areas of Bengaluru and identify residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale.

The main responsibility is to visit assigned locations, find available properties, collect basic information, take clear photographs and share the property details with our office team for further processing.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit the areas assigned by the company and identify available properties.
- Search for residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale.
- Identify apartments, independent houses, plots, shops, offices and other commercial spaces.
- Contact property owners or concerned persons to collect basic property details.
- Take clear photographs of the property,



building and surrounding areas.
- Collect information such as property location, size, expected price or rent and contact details.
- Share property photographs and details with the office team through WhatsApp.
- Regularly update the team about newly identified properties.
- Cover assigned locations and maintain daily field activity reports.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills and basic local area knowledge.
- Must be comfortable travelling across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
- Should be active, responsible and willing to work outdoors.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Ability to use a smartphone for taking photographs and sharing property details.

Salary & Advantages

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Petrol / Travel Allowance as per company policy.
- Additional performance-based incentives.
