Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
- Supervise front-of-house activities and ensure smooth service operations.
- Lead, guide, and motivate service staff, stewards, captains, and other team members.
- Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and payment settlements.
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and minimum wastage.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and manage shift allocation.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Implement company SOPs, operational guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and update management.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability.

- Understanding of inventory, food costing, and operational expenses.

- Ability to handle high-volume restaurant operations.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Previous experience as a Senior Captain, Restaurant Supervisor, or Assistant Restaurant Manager will be preferred.
