About the Job

We have an opening for a Field Executive at Zorba Estates. The person will be responsible for finding properties in different parts of Bengaluru based on the areas assigned by the company.

This role involves visiting different locations, checking for vacant properties, getting in touch with owners and collecting property details. The information and photographs collected during the visit should be shared with our office team for further follow-up.

Work Responsibilities

- Visit the areas given by the company and look for properties available for rent or sale.
- Find residential properties such as houses, apartments and plots, along with commercial spaces.
- Speak with property owners and enquire about availability and pricing.
- Visit the identified properties and take photographs.
- Collect important information, including property size, location,



expected rent or selling price.
- Get the owner's contact details for further coordination.
- Send the collected information and pictures to the office team through WhatsApp.
- Keep track of the properties sourced and provide regular work updates.

Candidate Profile

- Should be comfortable travelling to different locations.
- Basic communication skills are required.
- Must be able to use a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Should be willing to meet property owners and local contacts.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru areas and Kannada is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Both freshers and candidates with previous field experience can apply.

Salary & Other Details

- Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Petrol / Travel Allowance as per company policy.
- Additional incentives based on performance.
