Job Description

We are hiring Property Field Executives to identify and source residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale in different parts of Bengaluru.

The company will assign specific areas to each executive. The candidate will be responsible for visiting those locations, finding available properties, collecting basic property information, taking photographs and sharing the details with the office team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit assigned areas and identify properties available for rent or sale.
- Source residential and commercial properties, including apartments, independent houses, plots, shops and office spaces.
- Meet or contact property owners and collect basic property information.
- Take clear photographs of the property, building and surrounding location.




- Collect details such as property type, size, location, expected rent or sale price and owner's contact number.
- Share property photographs and details with the office team through WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners for updated availability.
- Explore new locations and identify additional property sourcing opportunities.
- Submit daily updates on properties visited and sourced.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable travelling across assigned areas.
- Should have a smartphone for taking pictures and sharing property details.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Must be active, responsible and interested in fieldwork.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Petrol / Travel Allowance as per company policy.
