Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Store Assistant to manage daily store activities, assist customers with product enquiries, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth store operations. The candidate should have basic knowledge of networking and telecom products such as routers, Wi-Fi devices, modems, and related accessories.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist walk-in customers with product enquiries and purchases.
- Explain basic features, specifications, and usage of routers, Wi-Fi devices, modems, and networking accessories.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
- Manage daily stock, inventory, and product availability.
- Handle product billing, cash transactions, and maintain sales records.
- Receive, verify, and arrange incoming stock at the store.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.




- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
- Maintain records of sales, stock movement, and product returns.
- Support daily store operations and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Basic understanding of routers, modems, Wi-Fi devices, and networking products is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales and inventory management skills.
- Ability to understand product specifications and explain them to customers.
- Fresher or candidates with relevant retail/store experience can apply.

Preferred Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, store operations, electronics shops, telecom stores or customer service.
