This is a pure sales role. You will handle tour package enquiries that come in by phone and from walk-in customers at our office, understand what each customer wants, and close the sale. You will work towards a monthly sales target and earn a share of the profit on every sale you close.

Key responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone enquiries promptly and professionally
- Welcome walk-in customers and families at the office and understand their travel needs
- Present suitable tour packages and explain inclusions, prices and options clearly
- Follow up on every enquiry by phone and WhatsApp until it is closed
- Negotiate and close sales, collect advance payments and confirm bookings
- Meet or exceed the monthly sales target
- Keep an up-to-date record of enquiries, follow-ups and closed sales
- Coordinate with the operations team so that bookings are handed over correctly
- Build positive relationships with customers to bring repeat business and referrals

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
