Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, presenting residential and commercial properties, and converting potential buyers into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, references, property portals, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
- Attend customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available units.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property dealers, and channel partners.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, documentation, and sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Keep updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.




- Ensure professional customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 6months to 3 years of sales experience; real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of the Chandigarh, Panchkula, Mohali, and Zirakpur real estate market.
- Ability to handle customers independently and close sales.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and CRM handling.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler or personal vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
