Job Purpose

To assist customers in selecting suitable spectacles, lenses, and optical products while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
- Explain different types of frames, lenses, coatings, and optical products.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses based on prescriptions and preferences.
- Prepare quotations and generate bills for optical purchases.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the laboratory for spectacle orders and timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and deliveries.
- Maintain proper stock records and display optical products neatly.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with optometrists and other hospital departments.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the optical showroom.
