Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Site Coordinator to oversee daily site operations, coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors, and ensure smooth execution of assigned projects within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and coordinate day-to-day site activities and operations.
- Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Monitor site requirements, materials, and resource availability.
- Maintain site records, documentation, attendance,



and daily progress reports.
- Identify and report site-related issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper communication between the site and management teams.

Skills & Requirements

- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of interior works and site operations.
- Ability to multitask, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel to project sites whenever required.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge or interest in site coordination are welcome to apply.
