About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Engineer with strong knowledge of Hospital Finance & Accounts operations to implement and manage our Hospital Management Software (HIS/HMS).

The candidate will be responsible for understanding hospital financial workflows, gathering client requirements, configuring the software accordingly, and ensuring the effective implementation of the Finance & Accounts module.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end implementation of the Hospital Finance & Accounts module.
- Understand hospital financial and accounting operations, including billing, payments, receipts, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Interact with hospital management and finance teams to understand business requirements and operational workflows.
- Analyse client requirements and translate them into appropriate software configurations and solutions.
- Configure the application based on hospital-specific financial processes and requirements.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams to address functional gaps and customization requirements.
- Conduct user training, system demonstrations, testing, and implementation support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.




- Ensure smooth deployment and successful adoption of the software at client locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Hospital Finance & Accounts.
- Strong understanding of hospital accounting and financial operations.
- Knowledge of hospital billing, revenue management, payment processing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial statements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and software implementation.
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical software solutions.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations whenever required.

Preferred Background

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualifications.
- Experience working with Hospital ERP / HIS / HMS / Healthcare Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
