Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate employee information.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.




- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are followed.
- Assist in performance management, employee evaluations, and HR reporting.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and statutory records.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Zoho People and Zoho Payroll knowledge is advantage.
