Job Summary

Role OverviewExperienced Scrum Master responsible for driving Agile delivery, facilitating sprint ceremonies, removing impediments, improving team velocity, and providing transparent reporting of risks, progress, and delivery outcomes across complex enterprise programs.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Drive sprint cadence and ensure adherence to Agile and Scrum best practices.Identify, track, escalate, and help remove delivery blockers and impediments affecting team productivity.Monitor sprint velocity, burndown, sprint commitments, and delivery health metrics.Provide regular reporting on risks, dependencies, impediments, milestones, and overall delivery progress.Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint readiness.Coach delivery teams on Agile practices, Scrum principles, and continuous improvement.Coordinate effectively across distributed teams, technical stakeholders, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.Support proactive risk and dependency management across teams and workstreams.Ensure action items, blockers, and sprint commitments are tracked through closure.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong experience in Scrum and Agile deliveryHands-on experience with JIRA and/or Azure DevOpsSprint planning and backlog managementRisk, issue, impediment, and dependency managementAgile metrics and delivery reportingStrong stakeholder communication and coordinationLeadership, facilitation, and team coaching skillsExperience working with distributed or cross-functional delivery teamsStrong documentation and presentation skillsPreferred QualificationsRelevant Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalentExperience supporting enterprise-scale or complex technology programsStrong stakeholder and cross-team coordination skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and reporting capabilities
