Position Summary

n

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and sales efforts across all four GPR properties. Based out of Grand Xenia, Ajmer, this full-time, on-site role will focus on driving revenue growth, building brand presence, and creating impactful marketing initiatives that position GPR properties as preferred destinations.

Key Responsibilities

n

Develop and implement integrated sales and marketing strategies for all GPR properties

n

Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, promotional events, and partnerships

n





Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

n

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and corporate accounts

n

Collaborate with property managers and the leadership team to align marketing with business goals

n

Monitor campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports

n

Qualifications & Skills

n

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry

n

Robust understanding of brand positioning, campaign management, and client acquisition

n

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

n

Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

n

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
