**Flaviant Network (P) Ltd.** is hiring for its **Residential Academy located on the Delhi-Alwar Highway**.
We are looking for a **dynamic and responsible lady** to join our team as a **Hostel Administrator**, who will provide care, support, and supervision to the students.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Foster a **protected, secure, and nurturing hostel and library environment** for students.
- Ensure **well-being, discipline, and emotional support**, especially for girl students.
- Maintain **student records and hostel-related data** (registers, files, and Excel sheets).
- Address **day-to-day student concerns and grievances** and resolve them promptly.
- Coordinate with the **logistics, administration, and facilities team** for hostel operations.
- Monitor **cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards** across the campus.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Prior experience in **school administration / hostel administration / teaching** **or nursing** (preferred).




- Must be **willing to reside on the campus** to manage responsibilities.
- **Any graduation** (minimum qualification).
- Ability to **handle students patiently and empathetically**.
- Strong **communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills**.
- **Proficiency in English** required.
