Designation - Purchase Executive.

Location-Phase 2,Noida,Alwar

Vacancy-2(Noida-1,Alwar Rajasthan-1)

Salary - 30K to 35K in hand(Depends on Interview)

1) Source and procure maintenance items (e.g., spares, tools, consumables) from local vendors.

2) Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors in the NCR/Alwar market.

3) Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery terms to optimize costs.

4) Visit markets/vendors daily using your own two-wheeler for inspections and collections.

5) Track orders, manage inventory levels, and resolve supply issues promptly.

6) Prepare purchase orders, maintain records, and report on savings/expenses.

7) Coordinate with internal teams for requirement forecasting and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills -

1)



Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.

2) Proven vendor connections in the local markets, especially for maintenance purchases and consumables.

3) Own two-wheeler (bike) with valid license for daily market mobility.

4) Solid negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

5) Familiarity with MS Excel for tracking and basic procurement software.

6) Knowledge of local market rates and supply chains preferred.

Terms of hiring mentioned below -

1) Official Working hours - Standard 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM for Alwar and 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM for Noida.

2) Working Days - 6 days ( Monday to Saturday).

3) Office Location - Alwar and Noida

4) Probation tenure - 3 months.
