We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to drive sales of Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles in the Kottayam region. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good knowledge of local routes, and the ability to build relationships with business customers and fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market mapping
- Promote Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles to potential customers
- Identify business opportunities among traders, transporters, and SMEs
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle models
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market Intelligence
- Conduct local market surveys and competitor analysis
- Identify new business areas and potential customers
- Provide regular market feedback to management
Documentation & Process
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration processes
- Ensure proper documentation and sales process compliance
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
Product Portfolio (Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles)
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (Commercial Vehicle preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Plus Two with strong sales experience can also be considered
Required Skills
- Strong field sales and negotiation skills
- Valuable knowledge of local market and routes in Kottayam
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid Driving License (Preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in commercial vehicle sales
- Knowledge of finance schemes and loan processing
- Local candidate from Kottayam preferred
- Malayalam speaking mandatory
