The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good knowledge of local routes, and the ability to build relationships with business customers and fleet operators.n
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
n
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and market mapping
- Promote Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles to potential customers
- Identify business opportunities among traders, transporters, and SMEs
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n
Customer Relationship Management
n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable vehicle models
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
n
Market Intelligence
n
- Conduct local market surveys and competitor analysis
- Identify new business areas and potential customers
- Provide regular market feedback to management
nDocumentation & Processn
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, and registration processes
- Ensure proper documentation and sales process compliance
- Maintain daily sales activity reports
nProduct Portfolio (Mahindra Small Commercial Vehicles)n

- 1–3 years of experience in automobile sales (Commercial Vehicle preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply

Qualification
n
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Plus Two with strong sales experience can also be considered

Required Skills

- Solid field sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of local market and routes in Kottayam
- Customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid Driving License (Preferred)
