Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GenAI Developer who can design and implement AI-powered solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features, Generative AI integrations, and workflow automation to enhance enterprise productivity and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Design and implement GenAI-powered solutions within ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, AI Search)
- Integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) like OpenAI / Azure OpenAI with ServiceNow
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM,



HRSD, CSM)
- Build intelligent workflows using Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
- Implement AI-driven chatbots and automation use cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance for AI solutions
- Optimize and maintain AI models and workflows.

Required Skills:n

- Solid experience in ServiceNow platform development
- Hands-on with:
- Now Assist (GenAI)
- Virtual Agent
- AI Search
- Experience with REST APIs & IntegrationHub
- Knowledge of LLMs / Generative AI concepts
- Scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide APIs
- Understanding of ITSM/ITOM processes
