- *Role**: **Digital Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Manager**

nCity College Jayanagar is seeking a highly driven and creative Digital Content Creator and Social Media Marketing Manager to manage the institution’s complete digital presence. The role involves end-to-end ownership of digital content, social media strategy, marketing campaigns, analytics, integrations, and reporting systems that support student admissions, brand positioning, and long-term data-driven decision making.n
- *Primary Objective**

nBuild and manage a powerful digital ecosystem for City College Jayanagar that attracts prospective students, strengthens the brand reputation, generates admissions leads, and creates structured digital data that enables strategic business decisions for leadership.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute the complete digital content strategy across all online platforms including website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
- Create high-quality content including videos, reels, student interviews, campus highlights, faculty insights, educational content, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the official social media accounts of City College Jayanagar including posting schedules, engagement management, comments, and direct messages.
- Work closely with the admissions team to create campaigns that generate enquiries, campus visits and applications.
- Produce content specifically focused on admissions marketing such as course promotions, placement success stories, campus life content, and student achievements.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and faculty to produce professional quality digital media.




- Maintain and update the college website with current content including news, events, achievements, blogs and admissions updates.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms to generate leads.
- Implement lead tracking systems and ensure that all enquiries generated through digital channels are recorded in the admissions CRM.
- Develop a structured content calendar aligned with admissions cycles, events, academic milestones and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics including engagement rates, lead generation, conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports for management to support strategic decisions.
- Research emerging trends in education marketing, social media algorithms and digital tools to continuously improve outreach.
- Collaborate with the IT team to integrate digital tools such as CRM systems, analytics dashboards, marketing automation tools and reporting platforms.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging and design across all digital channels.
- *Content Creation Responsibilities**
- Produce short-form and long-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Develop storytelling content highlighting student journeys, alumni success, faculty expertise and campus life.




- Create educational and informative content explaining courses, career opportunities and academic programs.
- Design digital campaigns for admissions announcements, scholarships, international collaborations and college events.
- Develop photo libraries and digital media assets for long-term marketing use.
- Ensure all content reflects the brand values and academic positioning of City College Jayanagar.
- *Analytics, Reporting & Data Management**
- Track and analyse performance metrics across all social media platforms.
- Monitor digital marketing performance including cost per lead, lead quality and campaign conversion rates.
- Develop dashboards that present key digital marketing KPIs to management.
- Maintain historical data for long-term analysis of admissions trends and marketing performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on insights gathered from digital data.
- Identify high-performing content formats and scale successful campaigns.
- *Technical & Integration Responsibilities**
- Coordinate integration of digital tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation software, analytics tools and communication platforms.
- Support integration between website forms, admissions systems and lead management platforms.
- Ensure digital data from campaigns is captured and organised for reporting and future strategy.
- Work with developers or vendors to improve website functionality and user experience.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- Growth of social media followers and engagement rate.
- Number of qualified admission enquiries generated through digital channels.
